Shaun E. L. Wason

MD, FACS

Board-certified urologist with fellowship training in endourology, laparoscopy, and robotic surgery. Dr. Wason specializes in minimally invasive kidney stone treatment and advanced BPH procedures, including Urolift, Rezum, Optilume, TURP, HoLEP, and robotic prostatectomy. Recognized as a Boston Magazine Top Doctor from 2020–2025, he is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Endourological Society. Dr. Wason joined the Division of Urology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in 2023. He also serves as a Part-Time Lecturer at Harvard Medical School.

Joanna Wang

MD

Board-eligible urologist trained in general urology, men's health, and minimally invasive procedures. Dr. Wang focuses on BPH (including HoLEP), kidney stones, vasectomy, erectile dysfunction, incontinence, and urologic oncology. After medical school at UMass Chan and residency at Boston Medical Center (mentored by Dr. Wason), she now practices full-time with him in Milton.

Suzzanne Merithew

PA-C

Experienced Physician Assistant with over 32 years in clinical practice and 25 years dedicated to general urology. Expertise includes overactive bladder treatment via PTNS, suprapubic catheter management, and clean intermittent catheterization education. Northeastern University graduate (PA certificate and Master’s in Allied Health Sciences);Works closely with Dr. Wason and Dr. Wang for comprehensive, compassionate care.
